Here is a new SSD from the Curcial – RealSSD C300. The new RealSSD C300 series SSD will be available from 128GB to 256GB storage capacities. The 2.5 inch Curcial RealSSD C300 series solid State Drive is based on the MLC NAND Flash memory technology and will offer a read speed of 355MB/s using the SATA II 6Gb/s interface. The new RealSSD will be priced at $499.99 and $799.99 for the 128GB and 256GB capacities. The Curcial RealSSD C300 series will now be available at the Amazon website for purchasing.
