Nikon D800, D800E unveiled
The much anticipated Nikon D800 DSLR was unveiled on Tuesday priced roughly at USD 3,000.

Nikon also has a special price to offer for its second version, the specialty E model “D800E”, at a price tag of USD 3,300.
Nikon’s long-awaited FX-format digital SLR has been designed keeping in mind the professional photographers.
The D800 is a full-frame camera with 36.3 megapixels in RAW (15.4 in DX format).
Other striking features of the D800 include a 91,000-pixel RGB Matrix Metering System, Advanced Scene Recognition System, Sensitivity range of ISO 50 (exp)/100 – ISO 6400/ 25,600 (exp), a wireless flash and an LCD size of 3.2 inches/921,000 dots.
The D800 would hit stores in late March, while the D800E be available by mid-April.
