HTC Sensation Launched In India | HTC Sensation 4G Review
The device is priced at Rs 30,699.
The Samsung Galaxy S II was launched some days ago in India right after the iPhone 4 was launched, which not surprisingly, spoiled the iPhone 4′s party a bit. If there ever was a competitor to the World’s best smartphone, it has to be the HTC Sensation, well at least that’s what the general consensus has been. And now, an online retailer has surprised us all by listing the HTC Sensation on its site. Could this be an error on the retailer’s part? We’re not sure, and it seems very unlikely since they’ve given out the pricing details of the device as well. The device apparently will be priced at Rs.30,699. However, the interesting part is that the device will cost Rs.300 lesser than the Galaxy S II. We’re not surprised, but what would a regular buyer pick, the Sensation or the Galaxy S II?

Performance
Call quality over T-Mobile’s network was fairly good. A few of my friends reported that my voice sounded somewhat muffled. One reported that the background noise (traffic and wind) was quite distracting during our call.
Thanks to the dual-core Snapdragon processor, the Sensation 4G handled every app I threw at it perfectly. Angry Birds Rio played smoothly and looked terrific on the phone’s lovely display. Even when I had multiple apps open, the Sensation 4G did not seem to slow down.
We haven’t had a chance to formally test this HTC phone’s battery life. Its 1,520mAh lithium ion battery has a vendor-rated talk time of 8.3 hours and up to 12 days of standby time. My unit went a full day of heavy testing before I had to recharge it.
