Dell expands its horizon with new Latitude 2010 netbook

Since CES 2011, netbooks have become the talk of the tinsel town. To cope up with the present scenario, Dell has launched a new model of netbook, as cited by the sources. The device is said to be centered for business people, and the company has christened it as Latitude 2120.

The expansion of the segment, also boasts the same 1366×768 multi-touch display option as its predecessor. Also the device comes loaded with a dual-core Atom processor.

It has been reported that the machine will be sporting a 320GB HDD or 128GB SSD, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 3G modem. Interestingly, the 2120 model has a rubberized casing for protection against drops, and the keyboard is built with antimicrobial material to protect against decay.

Available in the colors such as blue, red and black the device has already started shipping globally with a price tag of $474.
