MSI GT660 Core i7 Gaming Laptop at CeBit 2010

MSI showed its latest GT660 Gaming laptop at the 2010 CeBit show. MSI GT660 is designed for the hard core gamers and features the Dynaudio’s sound implementation and USB 3.0 technology. MSI GT660 Gaming laptop got a 16-inch HD LED backlit display.

While coming to the Gaming Laptop specification details, MSI GT660 is powered by the 1.6GHz Intel Core i7 720QM processor which can be overclocked to 2.8 GHz with the help of the turbo boost. The laptop also comes boosted with the 1GB GDDR3 Nvidia GTX 285M Dedicated Graphics and supports upto 12GB RAM. The Quad Core CPU comes with 6MB of cache and supports eight hyperthreaded cores.

When considering all the parts, the drawback is that as the DirectX 11 Graphics Cards is getting more cheaper and popular, the laptop uses the nVidia GTX 285M which is a DirectX 10 graphics card. The laptop offers a DTS surround Sound and supports dual hard drive.

MSI GT660 Gaming Laptop is priced at €2,000 and will be released very soon.
